COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Purchaser should inform Naughtons Skincare immediately of any problems by email: email@example.com. Complaints are taken very seriously and will be dealt with within 5 working days, although the majority of complaints will be corrected within a few hours. Please note that the purchaser is also welcome to contact us on any issue relating to their order on the email listed above.
Prices for Goods include VAT where applicable as well as standard packaging. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
PRODUCT & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Please bear in mind that our products are handmade and are genuinely made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders and as they are pictured on this site or in any other marketing materials. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Any products and services, and any samples thereof, we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, and any samples thereof, you receive from us.

Because we are still a little business, we are sadly unable to supply goods on approval nor are we able to supply free samples of our soaps by post. If you’d like to try our soaps, we recommend that your order just one bar from our website. This costs less than £10 delivered in the UK and we’re confident that you will enjoy it. If you are looking to purchase wholesale, of course we will take that initial cost off your first order.
All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”) is the property of Naughtons Skincare, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors. Nothing may not be reproduced in whole or part by electronic means or in print without the prior written permission of the company.
We are not responsible for the content of any off-Website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Website.
DELAYS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
Naughtons Skincare will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Naughtons Skincare shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED - If you don't receive your order - In the first instance please contact us & we will track & trace your order. If the delivery has become lost or taken more than 30 calendar days we will cancel the contract and offer a full refund of monies paid to us.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER - If an item has already been dispatched it's unlikely that you will be able to cancel your delivery. In that case you may have to wait until it arrives and return it to get a refund. Please e-mail us direct at www.naughtonskincare.com
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All our products have the relevant product information files and safety reports and have passed all the requirements according to EU regulation 1223/2009.
These regulations dictate that every cosmetic product should be assessed in regards to the safety and stability of its formulation with a detailed toxicological analysis by a specialised safety assessor and with various lab tests. Only after a cosmetic product is assessed as safe is it allowed to be placed on the EU market.
However, it is important to keep in mind that adverse effects or allergic reactions even to common, natural ingredients can occur so we always advise to do small patch tests first if you suspect that you have an allergy to one of the ingredients listed in any of our products.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.
If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
DAMAGED / FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately and e-mail email@example.com.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Naughtons Skincare stockist or store.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
